تسري سياسة الاسترداد هذه على جميع باقات شحن GoalCoin (GC) والبضائع الافتراضية الأخرى المشتراة على Football2026 (https://football2026.net). اقرأ هذه السياسة بعناية قبل الشراء. بإتمام الشراء، تؤكد فهمك وقبولك لسياسة الاسترداد.
2. طبيعة البضائع الافتراضية
- ✓GoalCoin (GC) is a virtual entertainment token, credited to your account instantly upon purchase.
- ✓GC is a digital good that is delivered and consumed immediately, and is therefore generally non-refundable once credited.
- ✓GC has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the platform.
3. حالات الأحقية في الاسترداد
رغم أن شحن GC غير قابل للاسترداد من حيث المبدأ، يمكنك طلب الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:
- Duplicate charges: the same order was charged more than once due to a system or payment-channel error.
- Payment succeeded but GC was not credited, and the credit is verified as not delivered.
- Unauthorized transactions: charges resulting from unauthorized use of your payment account (proof required).
- Any other case where a refund is mandatorily required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. حالات عدم الأحقية في الاسترداد
- GC has been successfully credited and you simply changed your mind or no longer wish to use it.
- GC has been partially or fully used in prediction, interaction, or other on-platform activities.
- GC balance forfeited because an account was suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
- Dissatisfaction with entertainment prediction outcomes (prediction activities are purely for entertainment and outcomes are final).
5. كيفية طلب الاسترداد
لطلب الاسترداد، تواصل معنا على support@football2026.net خلال 14 يوماً من المعاملة مع المعلومات التالية:
- Your account email / username
- Order number or payment transaction ID
- Transaction date and amount
- Reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots)
6. مدة المعالجة وطريقتها
سنراجع طلب الاسترداد ونردّ عليه خلال 5 أيام عمل من استلامه. تُعاد الاستردادات المعتمدة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية (بطاقة مصرفية، PayPal وغيرها).
يعتمد ظهور الاسترداد على مزود الدفع وعادةً يستغرق 5-10 أيام عمل. تُسوَّى المبالغ المستردة بعملة الدفع الأصلية. سيُخصم GC المضاف المقابل من حسابك.
7. استرداد المدفوعات
قبل بدء استرداد عبر مصرفك أو مزود الدفع، تواصل معنا أولاً لحل المشكلة. قد يؤدي تقديم استردادات مسيئة دون تواصل مسبق إلى تعليق حسابك. نحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ إجراءات ضد الاستخدام المسيء.
